After nearly a year and a half of stagnation on the market without any offers, the owners entrusted me with the task of upgrading various areas of their home, including the kitchen, bathroom and powder room. The goal was clear: to make the house irresistible to potential buyers through thoughtful, strategic home staging. The challenge was accepted and passed with flying colors – the house sold within a week of being put back on the market.

In order to facilitate the sale of their property, the clients asked me to carry out a home staging including furniture rental. In addition to the overall layout, particular attention was paid to enhancing the bathroom to optimize the chances of selling. Not only did our intervention sublimate the entire home, it also highlighted the bathroom’s metamorphosis, increasing the property’s appeal on the market.

Kitchen & Washroom Design

The task was to draw up the kitchen plan, carefully selecting every material to create a space that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. But our intervention didn’t stop there: we also orchestrated the complete transformation of the shower room and mudroom, bringing new life to these spaces. The project was crowned by the rigorous selection of furniture and decorative elements, choosing each piece to harmonize perfectly with the new layout, bringing a coherent and stylish final touch to the whole project.

Complete Overhaul

Frontenac

The client wanted a complete renovation of her apartment. I designed innovative plans for the kitchen and bathroom, the latter now incorporating a laundry room. Particular attention was paid to the choice of materials and furniture, creating a perfect harmony with the new design. The major transformation was the merging of the living room and kitchen, offering a feeling of enlarged space and greater fluidity between the rooms. The new layout combines modernity and warmth.

Kitchen Design

Lasalle

The owners wanted to refresh their dark kitchen. A major transformation was undertaken, with the replacement of cabinet doors with white models and the installation of new quartz countertops. The backsplash and light fixtures were changed, and a new wall tint was chosen. In the end, the delicate arrangement of decorations and benches completed the revitalization of this space, which is now bright and welcoming.

Office Design

Montreal

The project involved sprucing up an office and creating a lounge area with a small bar on the mezzanine floor. We conceptualized the bar, selected the furniture and decorative elements, and orchestrated the choice of paint colours, merging functionality and aesthetic appeal into a coherent design.

Following the sale of their previous home, the customers once again entrusted me with the design of their new home. My intervention included the design of the bathroom plans, as well as the meticulous choice of materials, furniture and decorative elements, orchestrating a harmonious and personalized decor.

The customers wanted to decorate their bedroom. After listening carefully to their needs and preferences, I drew up a detailed plan that enhanced the space while integrating functional and attractive design elements. Furniture was meticulously chosen to create a relaxing yet elegant ambience, while decorative accessories added a touch of personality to the room.

Commissioned to fit out the offices, we orchestrated the design of common spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom, as well as choosing furniture and decorative elements that reflect a professional and welcoming harmony.

Duplex Conversion

We oversaw the transformation of an office into a duplex, designing kitchen and bathroom plans as well as a laundry room. The project also included strategic home staging through furniture rental, making it easier to rent the apartments.

Lobby & Entrance Design

Griffintown

The project involved the installation of porcelain tiles in the entrance and corridors of the Griffix, a new 20-storey building on the corner of Peel and Wellington, in the heart of Griffintown. We also embellished the lobby with comfortable armchairs, plants and framed paintings.
